Quantum Meditation and Mystical Yoga

Having trained with a Swami of the Vedanta tradition, Andrea teaches effortless yet phenomenally effective, beginner's meditation, and guides advanced Meditation sessions with a Cosmic Twist.

As a certified Yoga Teacher, Andrea has co-created 'Mystical Yoga', based on Quantum Breathwork fused with 'Five Tibetan' Yoga.
