Having trained with a Swami of the Vedanta tradition, Andrea imparts Meditation sessions but with a Cosmic Twist

As a certified Yoga Teacher, Andrea has co-created Mystical Yoga, based on Quantum Breathwork fused with the 'Five Tibetan' Yoga practice
